I had an opportunity to do some outdoor photography today. I took a number of photos, but rather quickly switched to photographing textures, like tree bark and rock faces. I’ll post the more traditional photos today, and save the textures for a future post. Enjoy, and happy thanksgiving!

First Camera

I just bought my first DSLR camera.

I bought it mainly to shoot video, but nothing says I can’t take a few photos too. In fact, here’s one now:

Mall Train Set

When I was a kid, I always loved going to the shopping mall in my home town because of the model train set in the food court. I don’t know why, but I always used to love watching the train twist and turn through the hills and towns of the model. Sadly, the train does not work anymore, but the model still makes for good photography practice. Here are some of my favorites from about a week ago. Enjoy!
